What is the National Disability Scheme (NDIS)?

Every one of our team members is appropriately qualified to provide disability services. Our disability support workers and personal carers are highly skilled and experienced in a range of NDIS disability care. They have built up their experience of disability services from supporting and caring for individuals over many years

How can I change from my current NDIS service provider to Bloom Care?

Bloom Care is very happy to take over your services from your current NDIS Service Provider. To begin this process, you will need to notify your current provider in writing that you will be ceasing their services. Then contact Bloom Care at 0408 852 771 and we will assist you with getting your services in place.

What NDIS services can I access from Bloom Care?

How do I start receiving NDIS services from Bloom Care? 

Once you have decided that you would like to receive services from Bloom Care we will talk to you to decide the services you want. Then we will work with you to put in place a service agreement. 

How do I know if I am eligible for the NDIS?

The criteria for eligibility for the NDIS include the following:

  • You must be between the age of 7 and 65 
  • You must live in Australia and be
  • Australian citizenship or
  • Permanent resident or
  • Protected Special Category Visa Holder
  • Have a disability caused by a permanent impairment
  • Require disability-specific assistance for your daily life

Can Bloom Care work with my NDIS support coordinator? 

Bloom Care is very happy to work with your NDIS Support Coordinator and you to ensure that you get the level of support that suits your needs. 

How can I give feedback on Bloom Care services?

Bloom Care welcomes your feedback on the services that we provide. We love to hear about how we have made your day. Alternatively, if you have a suggestion on how Bloom Care can improve, we would appreciate you sharing this with us too. Please email all feedback to admin@bloomcare.com.au.

What happens if I need to cancel my services with Bloom Care?

We know that from time to time you may need to cancel your service due to exceptional circumstances. If you need to cancel a Bloom Care service, please call us as soon as possible at 0408 852 771. That way we can ensure that we reschedule your services to suit you.

How can I make a complaint?

If you are concerned about our services, you have the right to make a complaint. Firstly, it is best to contact us so that we can resolve your issue as soon as possible Contact us at admin@bloomcare.com.au. If you would like to take your complaint further, you may make a complaint to the NDIS Commission.
